Pimping Bookmarks: Generation Y in the Workplace

Whether you refer to them as Millennials or Gen Y, they are undoubtedly making big changes in how the workplace, and work itself, is perceived. As a member of Generation Y myself, I can’t help but pay attention to what we’re doing collectively and individually. …and the articulate reply by Matt Elliot from Y Working: Eight reasons why this is the smartest generation. In fact, go on over there and read the entire blog, it’s a great resource on the subject, plus it’s one of the most well-written blogs on my feed reader.
