Way cool places to work
Okay this might really be a Kammie post, but hey I saw it, I’m gonna post it. The CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) brings us 10 way cool places to work.
Yeah those are mighty spiffy. Alas and alack I work from home. I have from 6.5 years now. Know what? I have yet to have a great office. My current office is about the right size, and get lots of light … faces South so summer was rather warm … but I don’t have any place to put up a dart board (windows on three sides) I’m still hoping for the Nerdvanna faeries to come down and bless my office some night. Cool desk, nice shelves, outlets where I need them, dartboard …
I know I need a change in my office layout soon because I’m getting shoulder pain again. Sigh. I know it’s all about monitor, keyboard, and chair height, but I can’t seem to get the sweet spot.
Ah well, maybe I can just dream of working at Google.
