How many of these 20 time-wasters are part of your day?

Ian Mackenize is going a series on the top 20 time wasters at work.  How many of these are on your list?  Which of these are the worst for you?  Me, it’s 4, 7, 9, 10, and 15.  Sometimes I just sit here spinning my wheels and think, maybe I’ll read my feeds again or […]

Five folders to clear a cluttered desktop

We’ve written about what things become important for you as a manager when the power goes out, what choice you have if you are self-employed, and what becomes important in one electrical minute.
But, […]

Power Out? Self-employed have difficult choices

The power outage here in the Pacific Northwest has caused us Pimps to take a hard look at our disaster plans. This is especially true since Tris is working from home as a standard practice and there are self-employed people who depend only on themselves to run the business.
The most interesting thing that I have […]

Well, there are a few things if you’re a manager running a business.
